Today was a pretty busy day for the two Custom Getaways groups on our trips which are running in parallel in the Massif Central. Today, the group of Custom Getaways clients in the first trip in the Tour de France 2011 got to cross the finish line in Redon after having done the last part of the official race route. This afternoon, the 22 teams of the Tour de France 2011 got presented in the Puy du Fou amusement park. In this Viking like area, the teams got on stage all in a different way, some in carriages and some like Thor Hushovd as a real gladiator, worshiped by his team mates! On Monday we went to Brussels to go to the Start Village, close to the royal castle. In this VIP area we got some time to walk around and discover the different sponsors of the Tour, get something to drink and to eat and of course to get some autographs from and pictures with riders and former riders. Today was finally the day we'd all been waiting for: the start of the 2010 Tour de France!!
